Hello! I am the Crooked Forest, a strange and eerie woodland in Poland.

We are a family of 400 pine trees, with every tree growing northwards at a 90 degree bend. This J shape makes us unique. Many say the weather made us like this, some say the aliens were responsible for this and some say it’s the earth’s gravitational pull that did this. But only we know the reason behind our uniqueness. Surprisingly we are surrounded by a forest of normally shaped pine trees. So, our mystery stays. I have stood here for many many years and have seen my mother Earth evolve. I guess she is healing now and when that happens, when your suffering ends, I will be right here to welcome you with open arms, not to mention the beauty of Poland that awaits you.
